  •  This 4" Max Circle Cutter can produce precision circles in sheet metal, brass, copper, soft steel, aluminum, plastic, wood & composition materials. With the hex wrench, It adjusts to create circles from 7/8" to 4" (22 mm to 100 mm) diameter circles. Includes high speed steel cutting blade & 1/4" pilot drill bit. See Here for the replacement #4 high speed cutter. For use with a drill press only - Maximum safe speed 500 RPM. Warning: Do not use with hand power drill.
