  The Estwing "Shingler's Hammer" is a great quality hammer for working on roofs. Made of forged American-made steel in one piece, this tool is very durable & tough. The hammer will cut composite shingles well with it's sharp retractable cutting gauge & slightly curved face. The shingle gauge depth is adjustable for 4", 5" & 5-5/8" exposure. The hammer also has Estwing's patented "Shock Reduction Nylon Grip" which will reduce the vibrations from the striking shock.
