  This Radius Knife has a curved bevel & blade for making push cuts, slice cuts & V-shaped cuts. The skewed curvature of the bevel allows for a rolling action & allows for a different approach. The handle shape holds like a pencil or conventional knife. Made of High Carbon Spring Steel, Tempered to HRC 59-61. The cutting edge is hand honed & polished.  3/4" (19 mm) bevel blade length.   Made in the USA.
