  The "Outdoor Axe" is a sleek axe designed by a Swedish survival expert & is excellent for a variety of outdoor uses! The 2-3/8" head face is made of the highest quality Swedish steel available. Although light, this axe may be used to fell small trees & limbs, due to it's relatively long handle & heavy elongated head. It is long enough for powerful chopping, yet still small enough to fit your pack! The axe has a steel collar guard for extra durability & sturdiness. It may also be used as a large bushcraft style knife! This versatile special axe weighs 1-1/4 lb. & includes a grain leather sheath.

     Each axe head is hand-forged from special Swedish steel which is then honed, tempered, & annealed to the perfect hardness by the experienced Gränsfors Bruk Swedish smiths who stamp their initials on the head, creating a one-of-a-kind masterpiece you'll treasure for years to come.
