  These Japanese bypass pruners are great all-purpose pruners that are designed & modeled after the Felco #2 pruners. They are great for pruning smaller stems, or larger live branches up to 1" cutting diameter max. The blades of this bypass pruner have hardened Japanese steel blades which gives nice smooth cuts; the upper blade is precision ground to give a sharp cutting edge that won't crush delicate stems. The toothed center-nut allows for precise & easy alignment of the cutting blade & anvil, giving the pruners clean & accurate cuts.
