  An old-style crescent thumbturn for locking doors. Commonly used with mortise locks, deadbolts, night-locks, catches & similar. The crescent turn & oval rosette plate are made of solid brass material, making it attractive & durable. 3/16" square shaft spindle size & 1-3/8" long (can be shortened if needed). Available in unlacquered brass (will patina naturally), lacquered brass, oil rubbed bronze, brushed nickel, & polished nickel finishes.  *Note The shaft is attached to the thumb turn piece.
