    The Starrett 160 Toolmaker's Clamp / Mini Vise. Steel, Case hardened with two takeup blocks, smaller block yields up to 2" capacity, blocks also allow a slight swivel action 8 degree to 10 degree off of 90 degree. There is a countersunk hole which may be used to fasten to the bench as a vise.  Made in USA.
