  These spring-loaded Japanese Saboten pruners are good quality pruning shears that makes very nice smooth cuts when used. The blades of this bypass pruner are hard chrome plated steel & is a great multi-purpose hand pruner great for many various garden tasks such as trimming, pruning, thinning, & general purpose cutting.
