This 6-1/2" Max Washer & Gasket Cutter can create washers & gaskets of leather, rubber, cork, graphite, fiber, copper & other soft materials. With the hex wrench, It adjusts to create circles from 5/8" to 6-1/2" diameter circles. Two independently adjustable high speed steel blades cut inside & outside diameters at the same time. See Here for the replacement #11B high speed cutter. Combination round/square shank can be used with a bit brace or hand drill. Only safe to use with a handheld variable-speed drill running at less than 100 RPM. -
